  WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash as a payment.

  WHERE DO YOU DELIVER
Our Shreveport/Bossier City market provides delivery from businesses in Northwest Louisiana. Delivery is typically restricted to a 25 mile radius of a merchant's location. That is why delivery options, fees and times are based on the deliver-to address. Catering orders are placed in advance and may provide a broader delivery range.

We will deliver to residences, businesses, public locations and more. Most importantly, we need accurate delivery information, such as suite or room numbers and gated access entry.

  HOURS • DELIVERY TIMES
Some merchant hours are more restrictive. Please refer to the individual menus for particular delivery times. You can place an order online when a merchant is closed for a future date/time. In fact, Advance Orders allow you to plan days and weeks in advance.

iHeart Deliveries is also available to place call-in orders and answer your questions. Call-in orders should be placed at least 60 minutes or more before your requested delivery time. Lunch orders timed for 11:30 am to noon should be placed 90 minutes before delivery on some but not all days. Just call to see if we can accommodate your delivery.

Businesses are encouraged to request corporate accounts. Our corporate accounts receive a bill at the end of each billing cycle, making check out easy and the accounting department very happy.

  PLEASE EXPLAIN THE MENUS
Menus are the items available for delivery from a specific merchant's location. Menus do not combine all the locations of a merchant into one. This is important, because delivery is restricted to a radius around each location to ensure your order arrives as fast as possible and in superior condition.

• Menus: Individual portions, or units, AND/OR family-size-small group portions, or units.
• Catering Menus: Bulk portions, or units, and may also have different order parameters.
For example, an office group of 6 people might order from a standard menu for delivery in 60 minutes, while a business training session for 50 people would order from a catering menu with 24 hours advance notice.

  HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

  IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT • ARE THERE DELIVERY CHARGES
The minimum order is only $10!  Delivery charges vary by distance from the merchant, from $4.99 - $12.99.

  ARE GRATUITIES ACCEPTED
Gratuities are recommended. Your delivery driver does not receive any portion of the processing fee. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and a tip of 15% and up is customary. For your convenience, you can apply the gratuity to your order for credit card processing.

  HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE | HOW IS FOOD TRANSPORTED
Ordering takes just a few minutes. Make your selections and let us do the work. Your order is prepared and delivered to you. Delivery times take around to 60 minutes, but typically less.

All food is transported in hot or cold insulated bags to ensure quality when it arrives at your location.
  WHAT IS A GROUP ORDER
Create a Group Order and send out an email invitation to a group of people. Your invitees then login and select their own items off your menu. You set the parameters that work best. Time and location. Attendees. Payment: you pay for everyone, everyone pays their own tab, or set a budget for each person and they pay for any extras. More.

Group orders are an excellent option for office managers, church groups and get-togethers with friends.

  WHERE CAN I FIND A RECEIPT • WHERE IS MY ORDER HISTORY
If you are missing a receipt for reconciling your credit card or filling out expense reimbursements, your account provides what you need.
• Begin by logging into your account.
• In the left navigation column, select "Order History".
• Click the magnifying glass icon next to the order in question.
• Click the print icon in the upper corner to print your receipt.

  HOW DO I REORDER SOMETHING I ORDERED PREVIOUSLY
• Log in to your account
• In the left navigation column, select "Order History".
• Click the Re-Order button.

  EDITS OR CANCELLATIONS TO COMPLETED ORDERS
As soon as your order is placed, we begin fulfillment and delivery procedures to get your order out as quickly as possible. If you have additions, edits or cancellation concerns, please call us as quickly as possible at 318-935-0043.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we will work to help you make adjustments. However, if the order is too far into the process to make edits, we can not guarantee we will be able to change the order. Drivers are not allowed to open or change orders.

Please verify your order before submitting. Orders that are placed are considered final. Any changes are done as a courtesy.
  GIFT CERTIFICATES
A great gift for anyone. Enter the gift certificate code during checkout for credit on orders. The code can be used more than once until there is no remaining balance (0). Gift certificate codes can be sent by email or printed out.

iHeart Deliveries gift certificates are only redeemable through iHeartDeliveries.com. Please verify your recipient is in our delivery zone. You can place their deliver-to address in the order panel to see which merchants are available or contact us.

  COUPONS
Watch for iHeart Deliveries coupons and discount codes. When promotional conditions are met, the code can be entered during your checkout for credit on your order. We announce coupons in our social media sites, in email correspondence and on this site, to name a few. We only accept coupon codes issued by iHeart Delivieries.

  CUSTOMER REWARDS
We reward our loyal customers by issuing points for ordering delivery through us. Every dollar you spend earns points! Placing your order between 2:00pm and 4:00pm will earn you double points! Once you've accumulated 2500 points, your points will be turned in and a $5.00 credit will be issued to your account. That credit will be AUTOMATICALLY deducted from your next order.
